Shanghai Sanda University recruits more than 90 subject leaders, professional backbones, young backbone talents, outstanding doctoral (post-doctoral), full-time teachers, etc. High-level talents and full-time teachers are recruited through year-round recruitment until the quota is filled. Recruitment targets and professional scope

(1) Category A:

1. Discipline leaders

(1) Disciplines (majors): mechanical engineering, computer science and technology, software engineering, nursing, education, etc.

(2) Conditions: Possess a doctoral degree and a senior professional technician title (more than 5 years), generally no more than 50 years old; the age can be relaxed for talents who have achieved outstanding achievements recognized by domestic and foreign peers. Generally speaking, candidates should reach a high level in the professional field and be able to bring significant impact and breakthroughs in school talent training, education and teaching, scientific research, etc.

(3) Number of people to be recruited: 6-8 people.

(4) Establishment, salary and benefits are negotiable.

2. Professional backbone

(1) Disciplines (majors): e-commerce, visual communication, product design, clothing and apparel design, Japanese translation, Spanish, marketing, finance Management, accounting, international trade, etc.

(2) Conditions: Possess a doctoral degree and the title of senior professional technician, generally not more than 55 years old, and have an educational background that meets the requirements of the professional disciplines for application. Have certain teaching experience, academic attainments and achievements (those who have chaired scientific research projects at the provincial or ministerial level or above, published authoritative journal articles, and have been granted invention patents), and have experience as a provincial subject leader or subject team leader or equivalent. Priority will be given to overseas high-level talents with excellent academic attainments and experience as a master's tutor in the past five years.

(3) Number of people to be recruited: 8-10 people.

3. Young key talents

(1) Disciplines (majors): mechanical engineering, computer science and technology, software engineering, nursing, etc.

(2) Conditions: Generally no more than 45 years old; outstanding young talents with a doctoral degree and more than 2 years of front-line teaching and research practical experience. Generally, they should reach a high level in the professional field and be able to play an important role in school talent training, education and teaching, scientific research, etc.

(3) Number of people to be recruited: 10-12 people.

4. Outstanding doctoral students (post-doctoral students)

(1) Disciplines (majors): accounting, financial management, finance, international economics and trade, law, hotel management, tourism management, engineering Management, human resource management, labor and social security, journalism, Internet and new media, visual communication design, product design (including digital design direction), fashion communication, nursing, rehabilitation therapy, college English, mathematics, ideological and political education, etc. .

(2) Conditions: Fresh or previous doctoral candidates, generally no more than 45 years old. In the past five years, priority will be given to those who have published high-quality academic papers as the first author in SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI source journals, have chaired scientific research projects at the provincial and ministerial level or above, and have been authorized for invention patents.

(3) Recruitment number: 50-60 people.

(2) Category B: Full-time teacher position

1. Discipline (major)

(1) Mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical and intelligence, civil engineering, Landscape architecture, computer science and technology, e-commerce, software engineering, big data science and technology.

(2) Conditions: Fresh or previous doctoral students, whose educational background meets the requirements of the professional disciplines for application. The age is generally no more than 45 years old; master's degree candidates must have relevant industry background and more than 5 years of corporate work experience. In the past five years, priority will be given to those who have published high-quality academic papers as the first author in SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI source journals, have chaired scientific research projects at the provincial and ministerial level or above, and have been authorized for invention patents.

(3) Recruitment number: 20-25 people.

2. Part-time teachers

(1) Subjects (majors): All the above majors can apply.

(2) Conditions: The age is generally not more than 60 years old. Generally, applicants are required to have a doctoral degree or a professional title of associate senior or above.
