Introduction of air filtration pressure reducing valve

The air filter pressure reducing valve is an auxiliary device of the pneumatic diaphragm control valve assembly. After 0.3 ~ 1.0 MPa compressed air is input, a clean air source of 0. 1 ~- 1.0 MPa can be provided to the pneumatic remote control board and the valve positioner. The air filter pressure reducing valve belongs to the pilot piston pressure reducing valve. It consists of a main valve and a pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring and other parts. The pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the pressure of the adjusting spring, and the change of the outlet pressure is sensed by the diaphragm. The flow area of the throttling part of the main valve is adjusted by driving the piston to open and close the pilot valve, so as to realize the function of reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure. This product is mainly used for gas pipelines, such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, liquefied gas, natural gas and other gases.
