The preparation and cycle required for enterprises to apply for high-tech enterprises are from 0:
1. Intellectual property (patent application or software copyright application or technical know-how, etc. ), the general production enterprises need to prepare patents. At present, the patent authorization period is quite short, 7 months (not urgent), and the software copyright authorization period is 45 days (urgent);
2. Project writing, the time period coincides with the intellectual property preparation period, and the time is not calculated separately;
3. Financial audit report: the audit report will be issued within one week after the enterprise collects the R&D fee;
the second part
The examination and approval of high-tech enterprise identification materials is divided into two steps.
The first step is to review the identification.
The second step is publicity and certification.
I. Organizational review and determination
(1) After receiving the application materials of the enterprise, the accreditation body randomly selects at least 5 relevant experts from the expert database according to the technical field, and distributes electronic materials (hiding the enterprise identity information) to the selected experts through the network working system.
(two) after receiving the expert review opinions and the special audit report of the intermediary agency, the accreditation institution shall put forward the accreditation opinions on the applicant enterprises and determine the accreditation list of high-tech enterprises.
The above work should be completed within 60 working days after receiving the application materials of the enterprise.
Second, publicize and issue certificates.
The recognized high-tech enterprises will be publicized on the "High-tech Enterprise Recognition Management Work Network" 15 working days.
If there is no objection to the publicity, fill in the summary table of the approval and filing of the high-tech enterprise accreditation body, report it to the office of the leading group for the record, publish the accreditation results on the "high-tech enterprise accreditation management network", and the accreditation body will issue the "high-tech enterprise certificate" (stamped with the official seal of the science and technology, finance and taxation departments).
To sum up, according to the regulations, the whole process takes about 9- 10 months from the preparation stage to the publicity. The waiting time after submitting the application materials is about 75 working days.
