Wars are divided into just wars and unjust wars, as well as civil wars (warlord melee) and wars caused by foreign aggression. Fighting for justice for the country and the people, and dying well is more important than Mount Tai. Especially when fighting to resist foreign aggression, regardless of whether the country is north or south, and whether people are male or female, they all have the sacred obligation and responsibility to protect their homes and the country. As the saying goes, every man is responsible for the rise and fall of a country. In this critical moment when love and nation are subjugated, men die in battle, and women should resist to the end and persist until the ultimate victory. The ancient Chinese people have witnessed countless heroines in history. They shed their blood and sacrificed their lives. They were truly unyielding and created heroic deeds that can be praised and praised. Their generosity and unyielding spirit are the soul of the nation. Surrendering will only make him regret for life or be infamous for thousands of years.
Of course, war kills people. War is fought for justice, confidence, and great ideals. And those who fight for it, the weak and the strong, fight for the war. War, war for the sake of morale, is regarded as unjust. In such a war, men as soldiers take obedience as their bounden duty, and their death in battle is understandable. They are just casualties and cannon fodder in the war. Women, on the other hand, do not have to die or be loyal to such unjust wars. Surrender or surrender will not affect their honor and reputation.
War makes women go away!
War was once a game between men, especially in the cold weapon age, because physical strength was almost the most important trait, and it was obvious that women did not have an advantage in this aspect. Even if there are widely circulated stories such as Mulan joining the army, it is enough to show that the role that women can play in war is indeed limited.
As for whether women resist or choose to surrender after men die in the war. This question is actually very simple.
Let’s look at ancient times first.
In ancient times, women were in a subordinate position and were men’s private property. It can be said that once men are defeated, women will accept a tragic fate. Many women will be taken away as trophies by the victors. However, due to the ancient requirements for women to obey the four virtues, many women are really powerless, and it is almost impossible to resist men who lick blood with the blade of a knife. Therefore, being robbed is almost the best outcome, and many will be killed.
Let’s look at modern times.
Humanity has entered the era of hot weapons, but due to physiological differences and people's traditional concepts, men still occupy a dominant position. This is undoubtedly true. However, due to the updating and iteration of weapons and the emergence of high-tech, war is no longer a men's patent, and more and more female soldiers have begun to appear in the army.
Moreover, women are playing an increasingly important role. There is no sense of boundaries even between male and female soldiers in Northern Europe. They live in the same dormitories and use the same weapons and equipment. This shows that while women's physical fitness has improved, it also shows that the current war model has changed greatly.
This is especially true for the US military. Taking the US Navy as an example, a large number of female soldiers have entered the originally male space. And because of the addition of female soldiers, the work will eventually become more efficient. Of course, it also produces the highest number of sexual assault and harassment incidents in the world.
If it was in ancient times, because there was almost certain death or an extremely tragic fate, then as a woman, there was not much difference whether she surrendered or not. In this case, it is better to resist. Examples include the Chechen Black Widows and the Kurdish female fighters. If it is in modern times, then surrender is also a way to maintain the continuity of the nation. Of course, from a patriotic point of view, it is indeed a bit too cruel to let the women of your own country use flesh and blood to resist the tiger and wolf army.
All men died in the war, that is to say, a woman’s father died in the war, her husband died in the war, and her son died in the war. Do you think this woman will surrender? Definitely a fight to the death. The feeling of family and country is not exclusive to men. In Chinese history, Hua Mulan joined the army for her father, Mu Guiying took command, and more recently, Qiu Jin, Liu Hulan, Zhao Yiman, and eight women threw themselves into the river. "Shang Jun Shu. Bingshou": The strong men form one army, the strong women form one army, and the old and weak men and women form one army. These are called the three armies.
There is a saying that "war makes women go away", but let me tell you when war has bypassed women.
Just recently, have you heard of the Kurdish Women’s Corps?
ISIS believes that those killed by women will go to hell, and they hate these female soldiers. Among them, Joanna Palani, who was called the "Daughter of Death" by terrorists, was originally an ordinary college student before the war. However, she gave up her pen and joined the army, but she successively killed more than 100 ISIS soldiers and became a "thorn in the side" of ISIS. She offered $1 million. A reward was offered for her capture.
(Joanna Palani)
So in my opinion, when the men of an excellent nation are almost dying in battle, then the women of this country are basically also on the battlefield. Almost dead.
Throughout history, when it comes to genocide, except for a very small number of ethnic groups where all their members died in battle, in most cases they were massacred after surrendering. Therefore, neither men nor women like to be slaughtered on the chopping board. The only way out is to resist and win. This is my point of view. If you have any different opinions, please leave a message to discuss. Original creation is not easy. Your likes and attention are my biggest motivation!
No matter what form of war, whether it is a just or unjust war, the people who suffer the most are always the elderly, women and children.
The following paragraph is a personal account of a survivor of the Nanjing Massacre in 1937:
On the morning of December 13, 1937, a group of Japanese soldiers of about thirty people came. When he knocked on my door, the homeowner named Ha was shot dead as soon as he opened the door. When my father saw this, he knelt in front of the Japanese soldiers and begged them not to kill other people. He was also shot to death by the Japanese soldiers.
The mother was so frightened that she hid under a table with her one-year-old little sister in her arms. The Japanese soldiers dragged her out from under the table. The Japanese soldiers took the little sister from her mother’s hands and threw her to the ground. Then they stripped her of her clothes, and several Japanese soldiers gang-raped her, then killed her with bayonets and stuffed a bottle into her lower body.
Later, several Japanese soldiers broke into the next room, where my grandfather, grandmother and two sisters were also there. The Japanese soldiers wanted to rape my two sisters. My grandfather and grandmother tried their best to protect us, but they were both shot to death.
The Japanese soldiers tore off the clothes of the two sisters, and they were gang-raped by several Japanese soldiers. The eldest sister and the second sister were gang-raped and then stabbed to death by Japanese soldiers. The Japanese soldiers also inserted my grandmother's bamboo cane into my eldest sister's lower body. I was stabbed three times in the back by a Japanese soldier with a bayonet. I fainted and fell unconscious.
I don’t know how long it took, but I was awakened by the cry of my four-year-old sister. I saw the corpses of my relatives all around me... We were looking for food everywhere. Fortunately, we had some fried rice and crispy rice at home. Ladle cold water into the water jar and drink. In this way, we lived with the corpses of our relatives for fourteen days.
This kind of thing happened several times every day in the first 42 days after the fall of Nanjing. The elderly, women and children were innocent, and they had no ability to resist, so they could only be slaughtered by the Japanese devils. Even if they surrender, the Japanese will not let them go. Because the Japanese devils are born cruel and inhumane, only by driving out these evil beasts and killing them can we avoid future troubles.
During the Anti-Japanese War, men went to the battlefield, and the great women of the Chinese nation also made huge sacrifices and contributions. Although there are no hard-steel Japanese soldiers on the front, they have also paid blood and lives in the rear support work. In a way, this is called resistance.
Suppose all the men of a certain nation die in battle, women can also shoulder the mission of reviving the nation, and can also take up guns to fight the invaders.
During the Soviet Union’s Patriotic War, heavy casualties were suffered and when the soldiers were tense, women also took up guns and went to the battlefield to defend their homes.
In the movie "The Dawns Here Are Quiet", the strength and sacrifice of Soviet female soldiers are shown.
Therefore, under certain conditions, women can also burst out with amazing energy.
It is necessary to resolutely not surrender!
In ancient wars, women and animals were treated equally. The victors swept away and became their wives and slaves. Women are also used to playing this role for generations. There is no such thing as surrendering and resisting to the end.
Because I am short-sighted and have no historical knowledge, I will use my own ideas to apply to ancient and modern times, both at home and abroad.
Contemporary women's rights are very loud, and men and women are equal. Only then does the issue of the attitude of women with independent personality in war appear. During the rampant period of the extremist terrorist organization ISIS, some young women voluntarily defected to them and were willing to play any role, while other women were captured and used as slaves. It's very simple: those who don't follow will be killed! Do you think men should respect women's choices in life and death? A woman’s life is also life!
To live is to win
This question is a bit difficult to answer.
I think it refers to the goal, cause (motivation) of the war, etc. Those who are just, those who protect our country, and those who live and die must continue to fight. You also need to have a plan.
