How does Wangwang appeal?

tmall's ways of initiating various reports and appealing:

1. Reporting illegal goods (selling prohibited goods and selling fake goods)

The reporter can go to the specific product details page and click on the words "Reporting Center"-"Reporting this product" at the top right to initiate.

the reported goods can be self-inspected. If it is indeed illegal, please take it off the shelf in time, without complaint, and wait for Taobao to verify it.

reporting parties can log in to My Taobao/Seller Center, After-sales Management/Customer Service, Reporting Management, Reporting I Made/Received to inquire about relevant reporting records.

this report is anonymous, and the reported party will not be able to view the information of the informant.

2. Report of Intellectual Property Infringement

If the whistleblower finds that the shopkeeper on Taobao has published information that infringes your (or your client's) intellectual property rights (including trademark rights, patents, copyrights, etc.), he will submit relevant evidential materials and documents, and Taobao customer service will handle it later.

3. To report the infringement of pictures

The whistleblower should provide the member name of the reported person, the baby ID of the stolen picture and the product link, and the original pictures (2-3) that have not been processed. Taobao will verify and handle them within 3 working days after receiving the report. Click here to submit customer service.
