In July 1988, he graduated from Sichuan University with a bachelor's degree and started working. In August 2002, he graduated from Tianjin University with a master's degree in pharmaceutical engineering. He has successively served as technician and workshop technical director of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Factory No. 5, deputy director of the production department of the Biotechnology Development Company of the Third Military Medical University, deputy director and director of the Drug Research Institute of Southwest Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and assistant to the general manager of Southwest Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He concurrently serves as Vice President of Chongqing Taiji Medicine Research Institute, Chairman of Chongqing Innovation Bioengineering Co., Ltd., and Director of the Board of Directors of Southwest Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Currently, he is the deputy chief engineer of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. and the executive deputy director of Chongqing Chemical Pharmaceutical Engineering Technology Research Center.
Mainly engaged in research on transdermal drug delivery, sustained and controlled release drug delivery systems and their engineered formulation technologies. Over the years, *** has presided over more than 30 new product research projects and more than 20 scientific and technological research projects. It has undertaken 1 national key new product industrialization plan project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, 1 major national new drug creation project during the 12th Five-Year Plan, participated in 2 major national new drug creation projects during the 11th Five-Year Plan, and undertaken 4 municipal-level key new product planning projects. He presided over one Chongqing preparation innovation capacity building project, and presided over the construction of taste-masked drug release technology, transdermal and mucosal drug delivery technology, targeted and sustained-release preparation technology platform systems, and the Chongqing Chemical Pharmaceutical Engineering Technology Research Center. The first domestic sustained-release health food with intellectual property rights - melatonin sustained-release tablets (Tai Chi brand sleep well tablets), which obtained the SFDA health food certificate and achieved industrialization; the first tramadol hydrochloride 24-hour sustained-release tablets, obtained SFDA new drug certificate to achieve industrialization. Obtained more than 10 new drug certificates and achieved sales revenue of over 100 million yuan. He has applied for more than 30 national invention patents and published more than 20 papers. Won the third prize of the Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award, and was awarded the title of “Advanced Worker of Technological Innovation in Chongqing” and “Engineering Master’s Degree Winner with Outstanding Contributions” by the National Engineering Master’s Professional Degree Education Steering Committee.
