When there are many patent applicants, is the fourth author of the patent useful?

As a patent applicant - the rights are the same regardless of ranking, and belong to the public; therefore there is no difference;

As an inventor - there is no actual power, only the right of signature, just the right of signature. The person ranked first may serve as a contact person or representative and has no specific rights, but some projects or certifications require that he be the first inventor;
