The dry hanging construction method of exterior wall aluminum panels is as follows:
1. Measurement and setting out
1) According to the axis and elevation line on the main structure, according to the design requirements Accurately pop the installation position line of the supporting frame onto the main structure.
2) Print out all embedded parts and re-measure their dimensions.
3) When measuring and setting out, the distribution error should be controlled, not error accumulation.
4) Measurement and setting-out should be carried out when the wind force is not greater than Level 4. After laying out, it should be checked in time to ensure the verticality of the curtain wall and the correct position of the columns.
2. Install the connectors
Weld and fix the connectors to the embedded parts on the main structure. When there are no pre-embedded iron parts embedded in the main structure, holes can be drilled in the main structure to install expansion bolts and connecting iron parts for fixation.
3. Install the skeleton
1) Weld or bolt the anti-rust treated columns to the connectors according to the position of the elastic line. The elevation and centerline position should be checked at any time during installation. For exterior wall aluminum panel curtain wall skeleton columns with larger area and higher floor height, measuring instruments and line drops must be used to measure and correct their positions to ensure that the skeleton vertical columns are vertical and flat. The installation elevation deviation of columns should not be greater than 3mm, the front-to-back deviation of the axis should not be greater than 2mm, and the left-right deviation should not be greater than 3mm; the elevation deviation of two adjacent columns should not be greater than 3mm, and the maximum elevation deviation of columns on the same floor should not be greater than 5mm, the deviation between two adjacent uprights should not be greater than 2mm.
2) Install the connectors and gaskets at both ends of the beam at the predetermined position of the column, and they should be installed firmly, and their joints should be tight; the horizontal deviation of two adjacent beams should not be greater than 1 mm. Elevation deviation on the same floor: when the width of a curtain wall is less than or equal to 35mm; when the width of a curtain wall is greater than 35m, it should not be greater than 7mm.
4. Install aluminum panels
Use rivets or bolts to fix the aluminum-plastic panel facings to the steel frame piece by piece according to the construction drawings. Leave a gap of 10~15mm between the boards to adjust the installation error. When installing aluminum-plastic panels, the deviation from left to right and up and down should not be greater than 1.5㎜.
5. Process the panel seams
After cleaning the surfaces of the aluminum-plastic panels and frames with detergent, Immediately place sealing strips or weatherproof strips in the gaps between the aluminum plates, and then inject silicone weather-resistant sealant and other materials. The injection should be full without gaps or bubbles
6. Process the curtain wall closing
In the closing process, metal plates can be used to cover the ends of the wall panels and the keels.
7. Dealing with deformation joints
To deal with deformation joints, we must first meet the needs of building expansion, contraction and settlement, and at the same time achieve decorative effects. The heterosexual gold plate and neoprene belt system can often be used.
8. Clean the board surface
Remove the protective tape on the board surface and clean the board surface.
