Chinese citizens who support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions can sign up for the National Patent Agency Person Qualification Examination:
(1) Over 18 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct;
(2) Graduation from a science and engineering major in a college of higher education or equivalent academic ability;
(3) Familiar with patent law and related legal knowledge;
(4) Have engaged in scientific and technological work or legal work for more than two years.
Graduation from science and engineering majors in colleges and universities refers to obtaining a nationally recognized college degree or above in science and engineering, and obtaining a diploma or degree certificate. ?
