The continuous improvement of examination ability is also reflected in the examination cycle of patents and trademarks. The average examination period of invention patents in China is reduced to 19.4 months, the examination period of high-value patents is reduced to 13.4 months, and the average examination period of trademark registration is stable within 4 months.
