Requirements for patent abstract drawings:
The abstract drawing should be one of the drawings in the description. If the applicant fails to submit a drawing for the abstract, the examiner may notify the applicant to make corrections, or designate one ex officio and notify the applicant. If the examiner confirms that there are no suitable abstract drawings to be designated, the applicant does not need to make corrections.

If the drawings of the abstract obviously cannot explain the main technical features of the technical solution of the invention, or if the submitted drawings of the abstract are not one of the drawings of the description, the examiner may notify the applicant to make corrections, or designate a person ex officio. and notify the applicant.
2. The size and clarity of the abstract drawing should ensure that when the picture is reduced to 4 cm × 6 cm, each detail in the picture can still be clearly distinguished.
3. The abstract may contain the chemical formula that best describes the invention, and the chemical formula may be regarded as the drawing attached to the abstract.
