Our institute is the earliest research institute engaged in the removal and recovery of carbon dioxide (CO 2) in China. As early as the 1960s, it began to study the removal and capture of CO 2. After nearly 50 years of development, our hospital has established a perfect scientific research and processing production system for CO 2 removal and capture. With complete laboratories and advanced scientific research methods, we have trained a group of experienced professional teams with strong scientific research strength. Our hospital has developed a series of liquid ethanolamine, solid amine and sodium sarcosinate carbon dioxide absorption devices, and the product technology is leading in China, reaching the advanced level of similar products abroad and well received by customers. Products and scientific research achievements have won nearly 20 ministerial-level scientific research achievement awards and applied for many invention patents. Technical features and advantages: 1. The technology of capturing carbon dioxide with ethanolamine absorbent is suitable for the recovery and purification of low partial pressure CO 2 in flue gas, synthetic ammonia and petroleum and petrochemical industries. 2. It has the characteristics of advanced process design, high utilization rate of equipment and solution, small volume, low energy consumption, low equipment investment and low daily operation cost; 3. A series of organic ethanolamine absorbents independently developed can be used in the field of CO 2 capture under different working conditions, with the advantages of high thermal stability, strong oxidation resistance, low solution degradation rate, low corrosion to equipment and long service life. 4. Refine CO 2 by using self-developed desulfurizing agent and dealkylation catalyst purification process to make it reach food-grade standard; 5. The decarbonization process of solid amine absorbent independently developed can be used in dry decarbonization industries such as modified atmosphere preservation of fruits and vegetables. The feed gas containing carbon dioxide in the process flow is pumped into the absorption tower by a fan, and most of the carbon dioxide is absorbed in the absorption tower. Most of the air from which carbon dioxide is removed is discharged into the atmosphere after most of the water is removed by the cooling condenser. The absorbent (rich liquid) in the absorber kettle is transported by the pump, heated by the heat exchanger cooler and then enters the desorption tower for desorption. The absorbent (lean solution) from which most carbon dioxide has been desorbed is cooled by the heat exchanger cooler and then returned to the absorption tower. The CO 2 desorbed by the desorption tower is cooled by the cooling condenser, and most of the water is removed before entering the purification system. After compression, dehumidification, desulfurization, dealkylation, refrigeration and other processes, the final product-food-grade carbon dioxide (liquid) is obtained. L service item: 1. Provide a series of complete sets of process equipment design, equipment manufacturing, installation and debugging, personnel training and maintenance for CO 2 capture. 2.
