1. The project laboratory shall establish a standard curing room. According to the latest national standard "Standard for Test Methods of Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete" (GB/T5008 1-2002), the temperature of standard curing room should be controlled at 20 2℃ and the relative humidity should be above 95%. The size of standard curing room shall be subject to meeting the needs of engineering construction.
2. Temperature and humidity control devices should be installed in the standard maintenance room to ensure that the temperature and humidity are within the specified range. The test block shall be placed on the test piece rack with the spacing of 1 ~ 2 ㎝. The humidifying device must ensure that the sprayed water is atomized, and cold water cannot be directly poured on the specimen.
3. The standard curing room equipment is specially used for standard curing and constant temperature and humidity test of concrete specimens and cement specimens, which has a wide range of uses and great promotion value in highway traffic, railways, bridges, civil buildings, water conservancy, hydropower and scientific research units. This equipment is the most advanced standard curing equipment for concrete and cement on the market at present, and has passed the national high-tech appraisal. 4. The standard curing room conforms to the national standard GB/T5008 1-2002 "Test Method for Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete": the temperature of the standard curing room shall be 20℃ 2℃ and the relative humidity shall be above 95%RH.

(3) The ultrasonic atomizing humidifier atomizes water into ultrafine particles of 1-5 microns by high-frequency oscillation of ultrasonic waves, and the water mist diffuses into the air through a pneumatic device. In order to better improve the product quality, our company has specially adopted a high-cost single-head ultrasonic atomizing humidifier, which has the advantages of uniform and fine spray, no noise, reliable and stable work, energy saving and electricity saving, and has solved the problems of frequent damage and high replacement cost of humidifiers of similar products in the past. (4) More accurate and easy-to-operate temperature and humidity controller.
