It has strong adaptability, high efficiency, high profitability and safety. It has reliable features, and as of early 2017, the number of units in society exceeded 500,000. Auman ETX was a domestic heavy-duty truck product that was very popular among users at the time. It has been used as a special vehicle for China's aerospace support to successfully complete the transportation and support tasks of the Shenzhou spacecraft. In 2008, Auman ETX was selected to be used for the special CCTV work of the Olympic flame ascent to Mount Everest. In addition to being used as a support vehicle to escort the motherland’s special transportation missions, this vehicle competed with international heavy truck giants such as Mercedes-Benz and MAN on the Hockenheim F1 track in Germany in 2006, and returned triumphantly. In the same year, the exterior design of the Auman ETX heavy truck won the China Appearance Design Gold Award and was included in the collection of the Speyer Science and Technology Museum in Germany.
In 2017, Foton Daimler Automobile launched the new Auman ETX based on the mature ETX platform. The new Auman ETX adopts Daimler’s new platform modular technology, introduces Daimler’s CVDS process management system, and adopts the European Technology, a new modular design, coupled with the world's leading fuel-saving technology and a more powerful power system, 20 major improvements and upgrades have been made in the body, chassis, power, electrical appliances, etc., making it lighter, more economical and more profitable.
