Introduction to Shangqiu Institute of Technology Shangqiu Institute of Technology is a local, application-oriented provincial-level private undergraduate college focusing on engineering, with the coordinated development of engineering, management, economics, education, art and medicine. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, Shangqiu Institute of Technology was established on the basis of the former Shangqiu Vocational College of Science and Technology, and full-time undergraduate education was implemented.
