The Decision of Guangdong Provincial People's Government on Adjusting the Third Batch of Provincial Management Authority of the Administrative Committee of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, which was adopted at the 13th executive meeting of Guangdong Provincial People's Government on July 23rd, 2020, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of May 23rd, 2002.

Decision of Guangdong Provincial People's Government on the third batch of provincial-level management authority adjustment implemented by the Administrative Committee of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
In order to further deepen the reform and opening up of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as the Pilot Free Trade Zone) and give the Pilot Free Trade Zone greater autonomy in reform, the provincial people's government decided to adjust 68 provincial-level management rights to be implemented by the Pilot Free Trade Zone Management Committee. Within the scope of the Pilot Free Trade Zone, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai no longer have the same management authority.
The relevant departments of the province and the Management Committee of the Pilot Free Trade Zone should do a good job in the handover and implementation of management authority adjustment according to law, effectively improve efficiency, optimize services, prevent and control risks, and ensure that the relevant provincial management authority is put down, accepted and managed well. The relevant departments of the province shall, in accordance with their respective responsibilities, strengthen guidance and supervision, and put forward suggestions to improve the implementation to the provincial people's government in a timely manner.
