The description item needs to be changed in the transfer of patent application right, and the required documents include: statement of description item change and certificate of transfer of application right. Or entrust a patent agency to transfer the right to apply for a patent, it also needs a power of attorney from the new obligee. The enterprise submits the change of description items and related China National Intellectual Property Administration fees for the transfer of patent application right, and the transfer of patent application right is completed after the approval of China National Intellectual Property Administration. After the assigned patent is authorized, the patent right belongs to the transferee.
