Ingall is specially developed for the next generation of electric vehicles. Inmotive recently conducted a large-scale pre-production test on Ingear, and integrated the Ingear gearbox into the demonstration car, which made full preparations for the full listing of Ingear. Qualified original equipment manufacturers can now obtain the test equipment.

How does it work?
At present, most electric vehicles on the market use single-speed gearbox. The configuration of Ingear gearbox can achieve more significant advantages for electric vehicles, including reducing costs, improving battery life, shortening acceleration time, optimizing high-speed driving performance, and improving maximum speed and climbing ability.
There are two sets of reduction gears between the motor and the wheel of most electric vehicles, and the motor rotates about 9 times every wheel rotation. Ingall replaced the second set of reduction gears with continuous chain drive and deformed sprocket. When the car needs to shift gears, when the wheel rotates once, the actuator will guide the sprocket unit in place, thus effectively increasing or decreasing the transmission ratio. Ingall's patented geometry keeps the motor and wheels synchronized, thus achieving continuous torque transmission during the whole shift.
Eng gearbox reduces energy waste by improving the operating efficiency of power transmission system in low and high grades, and then extends the cruising range of single charge; At the same time, its regenerative braking system has been further improved, and it can run continuously even when downshifting.
