In the process of kiln production, limestone and coal need to be mixed. The ratio of these two materials is very important when mixing. These two weighing systems can accurately determine the quality of raw materials and mix the two materials through a unique batching method. In addition, when the particle size of raw materials or the combustion value of coal changes, it is necessary to adjust the ratio of the two raw materials, which can be realized by operating a microcomputer in the industrial control room.

(2) Intelligent master controller (ZNLK- 10 type)
The main winch system changes the motor operation to frequency conversion speed regulation. During the whole trolley journey, the 0 ~ 6m journey from feeding is accelerated by 6m, then it is adjusted to 1m∕s for stable operation, and the final journey is decelerated by 6m in advance until discharging. The design scheme ensures the stable operation of the skip and greatly reduces the vibration and the failure rate of the inclined bridge. Compared with non-variable frequency speed regulation, the lifting capacity can be improved by 60%. The main winch control command is now designed as ZnLK- 10J intelligent command controller (which has been used and popularized by Baosteel, Angang, Hangang and other 100 manufacturers). Thereby greatly reduce that maintenance of the main hoisting system. There is no need to stop and adjust the length of wire rope. The actual life of wire rope has been increased by more than 3 times. (3) Rotary distributor (BLQ-4 type)
The key of feeding into the furnace is to ensure that the surface of the material is uniform and flat. The rotary distributor can spread raw fuel evenly on the material surface, and the shape of the material surface can be adjusted. Using frequency conversion governor and PLC control, the cloth is accurate and reliable. The key structures in the distributor, such as the barrel, baffle, distribution guide groove and distribution plate, are all made of stainless steel with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The rotating part adopts special high-temperature resistant plane bearing, which makes the equipment run reliably and can run continuously and trouble-free in harsh environment for a long time. It provides good technological conditions for high quality calcination of limestone.
The special structure of the distributor can evenly mix limestone and coal and disperse them on the surface of the material. The serious nodulation and fuel waste in the furnace caused by uneven distribution are greatly reduced. Such as Shuigang and Jigang, after replacing this distributor, the measured coke (or coal) saved per ton of ash is more than 15Kg.
(4) Intelligent detection level gauge (ZTP-A type)
The material level meter is installed on the top of the furnace, which is convenient to remotely detect the material level in the industrial control room, so as to control whether the charging car is loaded or not and whether the ash discharging equipment works.
The detection part of the material level gauge is made of high temperature resistant (above 600℃) and corrosion resistant materials. The control system adopts imported sensing devices and PLC modules to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the measurement system in harsh environment. This equipment has been widely used in lime shaft kilns in steel, aluminum and other industries in China.
(5) Simulation hood (FF-250 type)
In the process of calcining active lime in shaft kiln, the size and uniformity of air supply are very important to the activity of lime and the uniformity of raw and cooked calcination. This hood is designed by computer simulation. The air supply can be uniform. The phenomena of partial burning, over-burning and raw burning caused by uneven air supply in the furnace are greatly reduced, and the quality of activated lime is greatly improved.
In addition, due to the special structure of the hood, compared with other hoods, the blown ash can be prevented from moving upward to block the gas path and affect the furnace condition. Meanwhile, it is smoother than other range hoods. In the harsh ash discharge environment, it also has the performance of pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and no deformation.
(6) Disc ash remover (YPJ-4)
The equipment is mainly composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft and rotary scraper.
A, in the process of ash discharge, massive lime will not be damaged by extrusion, which greatly reduces the amount of powder ash produced in the process of ash discharge.
B, in the process of ash discharge, the whole charge level drops steadily, and the material level remains stable.
C, in the process of ash discharge, due to the automatic forward and reverse rotation of the ash discharge machine, the air gap between the lime blocks above remains unchanged, thus keeping the air flow smooth, unlike other ash discharge equipment, which is easy to make the air gap in the furnace smaller and the air flow disordered.
D, because the motor adopts frequency conversion operation, the ash output can be adjusted by clicking the mouse in the industrial control room, and it is very convenient to adjust the ash output according to the output needs.
E, technicians often need to adjust the furnace condition according to the quality of raw materials and fuel and the changes of external factors. If it can be adjusted to one side ash discharge, this equipment is very convenient for adjusting the furnace condition.
(7) Two-stage sealing valve ash remover (SMF-4 type)
In the production of lime shaft kiln, in order to ensure the quality and output of finished lime, it is necessary to continuously generate combustion-supporting air. Two-stage sealed valve ash unloader is one of the key equipment for efficient and automatic ash removal.
The whole set of equipment consists of an upper baffle and a lower baffle in series, and each baffle consists of a baffle box, a baffle, a baffle shaft, a baffle gasket, an access door cover, a pneumatic system and a lubrication system.
The two baffles are alternately opened and closed, and the lime falling from the ash bucket is continuously discharged onto the finished product conveyor belt. In the process of ash discharge, due to the sealing effect of the baffle, the combustion-supporting wind energy can be continuously supplied without leaking from below.
