Function of valve rotating mechanism
The valve clearance is too small, too much carbon is deposited on the valve contact surface, the valve seat ring is deformed, the valve top is deformed, the valve spring fails, and the valve rocker arm fails. The traditional engine has only one intake valve and one exhaust valve per cylinder. The design structure is relatively simple, the cost is low, the maintenance is convenient, and the low-speed performance is good, especially at high speed, the inflation efficiency is low and the performance is poor. In order to improve the efficiency of intake and exhaust, multi-valve technology is now adopted. Common ones are four valves per cylinder (or three or five valves per cylinder like Audi a6 engine) and four cylinders 16 valves. The "16v" we saw in the automobile data means that the engine has 16 valves. This multi-valve structure is easy to form a compact combustion chamber, and the fuel injector is installed in the center of the fuel injector, so that the fuel mixture burns faster and more evenly, and the weight and opening of each valve are reduced appropriately, so that the valves can be opened or closed faster.
