The suitcase is made of several materials.

One. CURV?

CURV? It is a patented technology from Germany, which was first applied to luggage. The material is very light and the surface has ripples. Because it is quite light, it is very popular with consumers.

Advantages: low density and good fusion. Design research shows that this material can reduce the weight by 50%. 100% polypropylene material and 100% polypropylene composite material replace fiber reinforced materials, which has obvious environmental protection advantages. It does not contain any glass fiber at all, and it is mild and easy to handle, non-irritating, smooth and wear-resistant, and does not need additional paint. Belongs to a thermoformed product and has low cost. Can withstand high impact strength and provide maximum protection. Corrosion and wear resistance, easy to clean, no need for additional surface protection.

2.PC material-polycarbonate

Advantages: high temperature and cold resistance, from+125℃ to-100℃. The shell of the box is flexible to pressure and can be bent. Once the pressure disappears, the box will automatically return to its original state.

Three. Synthetic resin (ABS material)

ABS resin is one of the five synthetic resins, which has excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical properties. It also has the characteristics of easy processing, stable product size, good surface gloss, easy coating and coloring, and can also be used for secondary processing such as surface spraying, electroplating, welding, hot pressing and bonding. Widely used in machinery, automobiles, electronic appliances, instrumentation, textiles, construction and other industrial fields.

ABS resin is the largest and most widely used polymer at present. It organically unifies various properties of PS, SAN and BS, and has excellent mechanical properties of toughness, hardness and rigidity in balance. ABS is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene, where A stands for acrylonitrile, B stands for butadiene and S stands for styrene.

Advantages: it is not affected by water, inorganic salts, alkali and various acids, but it can be dissolved in ketones, aldehydes and chlorinated hydrocarbons, and will produce stress cracking when corroded by glacial acetic acid and vegetable oil. ABS has poor weather resistance and is easy to degrade under the action of ultraviolet rays. After being outdoors for half a year, the impact strength decreased by half. It has good electrical insulation and is almost unaffected by temperature, humidity and frequency, and can be used in most environments. Excellent impact strength, can be used at very low temperature; ABS has excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability and oil resistance, and can be used for bearings under medium load and rotating speed. ABS is opaque ivory particles, and its products can be colored with high gloss.

4.PP material

Advantages: moisture-proof and pressure-resistant. Low transparency, low gloss and low rigidity, but stronger impact strength.
