Zhong Shi Heavy Machinery Engineering Plastics Research Institute is a municipal engineering technology research center. In recent years, the martensite series wear-resistant materials with high toughness and high hardness developed by the institute have occupied a broad market for high-impact wear-resistant materials for industrial and mining metals because of their superior strength and toughness. The research and development of heat treatment process for new pearlite metal wear-resistant materials greatly improves the wear resistance of pearlite wear-resistant steel; Through the optimization design and transformation of large-scale semi-autogenous mill and autogenous mill liner, the impact fracture resistance of products is effectively improved and the service life of products is prolonged, which has won unanimous praise from customers at home and abroad.
