In recent years, Xinggang has invested heavily to speed up the pace of corporate environmental governance, and successively built various environmental protection facilities 15 1 set. The matching rate and relative operation rate of environmental protection facilities are above 98%, and the emission of pollution factors such as dust, flue gas and external discharge reaches the national environmental protection standards.
In the sintering process, ammonia desulfurization facilities and SDA rotary spray desulfurization facilities were built respectively, which realized the discharge of waste gas up to standard, built 13 dust removal facilities, formed a perfect dust removal system, and built spray dust suppression facilities in the sintering yard. In the coking process, coal storage bins 10 were built, which realized the closed storage of coal for production, and environmental protection facilities such as coal loading, ground dust removal station for coke pushing, ammonia distillation decomposition tower and coking water treatment station were built. In the process of steelmaking, the primary and secondary flue gas treatment system of converter and the circulating water system of dust removal of mixer were reformed. The secondary dust removal of converter became the first enterprise in China to adopt top suction hood treatment, which solved the problem of red smoke at the top of the factory building. In the stainless steel process, five sets of dust removal facilities have been built to form a perfect dust removal system. In the process of ironmaking, wet dust removal was changed into dry dust removal, which effectively reduced the dust content of blast furnace gas, improved the gas quality and realized the waterless operation of gas dust removal. Dust removal is carried out on the flue gas at the taphole and the flue gas in the trough area of the blast furnace, and a bag-type dust removal system is established to thoroughly treat the flue gas at the taphole and the trough, so as to achieve the effects of no red smoke at the taphole and no dust when entering the furnace. In the rolling process, the heating furnace adopts walking beam and the most advanced regenerative heating furnace in the world, which realizes high temperature and low oxygen combustion, prolongs the service life of refractory materials in the heating furnace and reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides. The patented product-oil slick recovery machine is used to replace the belt degreaser to ensure that the circulating water meets the water quality requirements.
