The muffler of diesel generator is developed according to the principle of compound muffler with blowout prevention and drag reduction, which has the advantages of large muffler volume, small volume, light weight, stainless steel muffler barrel, corrosion resistance and convenient installation. The sound wave is attenuated by the expansion cavity and perforated plate, so that the sound becomes heat energy and disappears. Its principle mostly adopts multi-stage throttling and depressurization. High-pressure steam enters the decompression body after primary flow control in the muffler, and is expanded in large volume to form low-pressure steam and then ejected. In this process, part of the airflow can be converted into sound energy with a certain frequency, and its noise is greatly reduced. In the ejector and mixed-flow silencing shell, 2-4 energy dissipation and sound suppression liners are arranged in the center, and the liner shell can be vertical.
Muffler is a device that prevents sound from spreading and allows airflow to pass through, and it is an important measure to eliminate dynamic noise of steam emission. To measure the quality of exhaust muffler, the following three aspects are mainly considered:
1, the noise reduction of muffler can meet the requirements of "hygienic standard for noise in industrial enterprises";
2. Adaptability of muffler (that is, it can adapt to low if broadband, high temperature and high pressure, etc. );
3. Structural performance of muffler. Reasonable size, low cost, long service life, etc. )
Diesel engine exhaust muffler is suitable for noise elimination and noise reduction on the exhaust pipe of diesel generator, and also suitable for other exhaust systems containing a certain amount of smoke and dust.
