In terms of employee placement, after the completion of this merger, China Energy Construction employees will be in accordance with the The employment agreement or labor contract signed by China Energy Construction will continue to work in China Energy Construction. After the merger is completed, the labor relations of the employees of Gezhouba's subsidiaries will remain unchanged. All other existing registered employees of Gezhouba will be taken over by the recipient and a labor contract will be signed with the recipient. Any and all rights and obligations of CGGC as the employer of its existing employees will be enjoyed and borne by the recipient from the closing date of this merger.
Gezhouba Group Testing and Testing Co., Ltd. The testing and testing company was formerly the 330 Engineering Bureau laboratory established in 1970. It was transformed into an independent legal entity in 2006.
