The research shows that desulfurization gypsum contains a certain amount of calcium carbonate and more water-soluble salts, and the setting time of cement mixed with desulfurization gypsum is normal, which has a positive effect on the mechanical properties and stability of cement. The moisture content of desulfurization gypsum is generally 10- 17%, which has high viscosity. Therefore, it is easy to adhere to equipment during loading, unloading, lifting and transportation, resulting in material accumulation and blockage. If it is directly used in cement production, it will cause problems such as poor transportation, uneven mixing and abnormal production. The problems in cement production can be completely changed by granulating wet desulfurization gypsum, changing its physical properties, reducing the adhesion between materials and increasing its fluidity.
