In order to thoroughly implement the national and Shanghai intellectual property strategy and improve the level of patent creation, application, protection and management of enterprises and institutions in this city, according to the Administrative Measures for the Identification of Pilot Demonstration Units of Patent Work in Enterprises and Institutions in Shanghai (Trial) (No.2012133, hereinafter referred to as the "Identification Measures"), our bureau recently organized 206544. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Scope of application
(1) Enterprises and institutions that have been registered or registered in this Municipality for more than 3 years, have independent legal person status and meet the conditions stipulated in the accreditation measures.
(2) Those identified by the Municipal Economic and Information Commission as "intellectual property demonstration enterprises", "enterprises with intellectual property advantages" and "patent demonstration enterprises" by the Municipal Intellectual Property Office shall not be declared.
(3) If it is recognized as a "patent pilot enterprise" by the Municipal Intellectual Property Office, it may declare a "patent work demonstration unit", but it will no longer declare a "patent work pilot unit".
Second, the statement was accepted.
(1) The enterprise shall be accepted and recommended by the district (county) intellectual property office where it is registered.
(2) Universities and their affiliated hospitals are accepted by the Municipal Education Commission and recommended in the first instance.
(three) scientific research institutions accepted and recommended by the Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
Third, the application materials
The applicant shall submit the following materials to the acceptance department:
(a) "Shanghai patent work pilot demonstration unit declaration form".
(2) Registration or registration certificate of enterprises and institutions.
(3) Relevant certification materials.
Fourth, the declaration time
July1-July 20th.
Please meet the requirements of enterprises and institutions to declare to the acceptance department; The accepting department shall organize the declaration and conduct a preliminary examination, and submit the preliminary examination results and related materials to the Patent Management Office of the Municipal Intellectual Property Office on time.
After receiving the application materials, the Municipal Intellectual Property Office will organize experts to review according to the "Identification Measures" and give financial support to the units identified as pilot demonstration of patent work.
Patent applications can be filed in the Treasury Patent Office, which can be packaged and handled with little cost.
