When Edison was young, his mother got an acute illness and needed an operation at once. Going too far to the hospital will delay the illness, so the doctor decided to have the operation at their home. But there was no electric light at that time, and the indoor light was too dim for surgery. Little Edison used his quick wits, made several big mirrors, adjusted the angle to the light, reflected the light to the temporary operating table, and the operating table suddenly lit up. The doctor successfully completed the operation and Edison's mother was saved. It can be seen from this little incident that Edison was very clever at a young age.
Edison loved chemistry and physics when he was young, so his mother helped him build a small laboratory at home. From then on, he fell in love with experiments, did many dangerous experiments that would help him in the future, and finally won more than 1000 invention patents. The electric light he invented brought light to all mankind, and was praised as a "public hero" by Americans and recognized as the "king of invention" by the whole world.
I want to learn from Edison and become a pillar of the country when I grow up!
