Note:
Registered structural engineers are divided into first-class registered structural engineers and second-class registered structural engineers. Registered structural engineer refers to the professional and technical personnel who have passed the national unified examination, registered in accordance with the law, obtained the qualification certificate and registration certificate of registered structural engineers in the People's Republic of China and China, and engaged in engineering design and related business of building structures, bridge structures and tower structures.
in September 1997, the Ministry of construction and the Ministry of personnel issued the notice of the Ministry of construction and the Ministry of personnel on printing and distributing the interim provisions on the qualification system for registered structural engineers (No.222 [1997] of the Ministry of Construction).
We decided to implement the qualification system of registered structural engineers in China, and established the National Management Committee of Registered Structural Engineers. The examination work is jointly undertaken by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Personnel. The daily work is entrusted to the office of the National Registered Structural Engineer Management Committee, and the specific examination work is entrusted to the Personnel Examination Center of the Ministry of Personnel to organize and implement.
