Measures to delay liquid leakage at electrode terminals are as follows:
1, inert gas shielded welding (such as hydrogen arc welding), so that the welding surface is not oxidized and the corrosion rate is delayed;
2, heightening the pole, prolonging the height of the sealant layer and prolonging the corrosion leakage time;
3. Cancel the welding sealing mode and adopt rubber compression sealing to block the oxygen channel and delay the corrosion rate. If the sealing height of the pole is reasonably designed, no liquid leakage can be realized during the service life of the battery.
