2. College graduates are exempt from counter-guarantee entrepreneurial loans.
(1) Full-time college graduates and graduates within five years of graduation;
(2) set up individual industrial and commercial households in our city, operate independently and in partnership, establish small and micro enterprises, and register in the industrial and commercial departments according to law;
(3) Meet one of the following six application conditions:
(a) with the invention patent certificate related to the entrepreneurial project;
(2) It has settled in incubation bases (incubators) at all levels and issued guarantee documents for the park;
There are guarantee documents issued by large and medium-sized enterprises or chain enterprises;

⑥ Participate in entrepreneurship training and obtain entrepreneurship training certificate. Entrepreneurship projects are funded by provincial and municipal human resources departments.
3. One-time entrepreneurship subsidy for college graduates
Full-time college graduates who set up small and micro enterprises or engage in self-employment in our city within five years from the graduation year (from July 1 day of the year before graduation to June 30 of the year of graduation) can enjoy a one-time entrepreneurship subsidy of 8,000 yuan if they meet the following conditions:
(1) It has been in normal operation for 6 months or more after obtaining the business license in our city, and it was in normal operation when applying for subsidies;
(2) The application time and registration time shall be within 5 years from the graduation school year of the applicant.

6. One-time job-hunting and entrepreneurship subsidies for graduates
Colleges and universities, vocational schools and technical colleges in Wuhan can apply for one-time job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies through their schools for poor disabled families who are willing to find jobs and start businesses, poor families who have set up files and set up cards, urban and rural low-income families, graduates who have obtained national student loans, and graduates who belong to social orphans, martyrs and disabled people.
