It's been almost five years, so-and-so came to steel at the end of the year. Looking back on the past, some students have become steel workers. Being diligent in finding problems and solving them in time can better deal with some problems of the belt system, such as running deviation, slipping, belt pressing, abnormal scratches, belt tearing and so on.
Abide by the operating rules and regulations at work, report ideas, communicate with colleagues, and ensure interoperability at work. Of course, I became careless because I didn't understand the importance of work. After training and master's explanation, the belt cooler for sintering is the cooling load of sinter during sintering, and the designed belt cooler is the transition link between red-hot sinter and finished ore. It is one of the most important designs in sintering process, and its working environment is harsh. Whether the belt cooler can run stably has a great influence on sintering production.
Seriously study the safety operation rules, consolidate yourself, make yourself stick to your post and complete all your work. Wear labor protection articles before taking over, untie the operation of various parts of the cooler and the sintered red ore caused by improper cooling, add water in time, check the instruments and meters of each fan, and frequently measure the temperature of the fan. Seriously implement safety regulations in class, and be able to use, check, maintain and troubleshoot equipment. Check the equipment and safety protection facilities from time to time, report and solve problems in time when problems are found, identify hazards, protect yourself, deal with emergencies, and ensure that there are no hidden dangers in the post.
After learning these, I have been able to do my job well. In the face of all kinds of unexpected accidents, planned maintenance downtime and temporary downtime, I can respond well and cooperate with maintenance workers. Meticulous in the production process, every spot check is carried out in accordance with the "five confirmations" to observe the changes in the running state of the equipment. Operating in strict accordance with the operating rules, every step of sintering work can not be ignored. Any small mistake may cause shutdown and delay production, so it is necessary to develop strict work habits and keep work records at any time.
Workshops and teams take ensuring safety in production as a top priority. Everything must be said first. Safety has become a routine of the team. For example: process control, safety production ledger, mutual insurance joint responsibility book, various confirmation systems, etc. Through these activities, we firmly established the idea of safety first, prevention first and comprehensive management first, and cooperated with the workshop to do a good job of four prevention in winter and summer, safety and environmental protection.

Through the above work, the technical innovation method and triz theory training of iron and steel plant have become the typical examples of Laigang.

Solidly carry out all aspects of patent application to create a good atmosphere, and urge comrades to actively declare. After about half a year's careful preparation, after carrying out materials preparation and submission, on-site audit, expert review, slide production and other work, in June+February, 5438, I participated in the professional review meeting of the "Golden Cup Award" for the physical quality of metallurgical products with the leaders. At the meeting, the quality management status of H-beam in Laigang was introduced, and the defense was successfully passed. Making our H-beam products pass the re-evaluation smoothly means maintaining the international advanced level, which is of great significance to enhance the visibility and market competitiveness of enterprises.
Fourth, do a good job in the management of technological progress projects.
In accordance with the regulations, do a good job in all aspects of technological progress projects. On July 29th, nine scientific and technological achievements, such as research and application of alloy coated cast steel rolls, passed the appraisal of the group company. On165438+at the science and technology award ceremony held by a certain group company on June 2, the project of "R&D of European standard H-beam products" implemented by the steel plant won the third prize of major science and technology award, and nine projects such as "Research and application of circular saw blades in large H-beam production line" won the second and third prizes of technological innovation respectively. In a certain year, the project "R&D of European standard series H-beam products" won the second prize of metallurgical science and technology progress in a province.
5. Actively prepare for and successfully pass the Korean standard certification audit.
Participate in the improvement of raw materials, processes, equipment, sites and records, and improve the quality management system. After half a year's active preparation, the quality work of steel mills has reached and exceeded the harsh requirements of Korean standard certification. On May 26th and 27th, H-beam Factory successfully passed the on-site audit of Korean standard certification, which laid a solid foundation for Laigang's H-beam products to open up new market areas.
