What is a circuit board antenna?

The so-called circuit board antenna is an antenna that receives or sends wireless signals on the circuit board through copper-clad etching process. This kind of antenna is integrated with related electronic components and used in the form of modules. Its advantage is high integration, which can reduce volume and cost. Its disadvantages are limited communication distance and low sensitivity, but it is still widely used in short-distance remote control and communication.

As can be seen from the figure, the wavy printed circuit in the figure is the antenna part.
