Abstract: The invention relates to a tartary buckwheat antioxidant health wine, which is made by adding flavone extract into tartary buckwheat base wine. Specifically, distiller's grains are extracted with more than 50% edible alcohol, and the filtrate is concentrated to recover the solvent; Adsorbing the concentrated solution with macroporous resin, washing with water, eluting with edible alcohol, collecting eluate, concentrating and drying to obtain flavone extract from distiller's grains; Flavonoids extracted from distiller's grains were added to buckwheat-based wine, which was dissolved in slight heat and blended to make buckwheat antioxidant health wine. Compared with the original tartary buckwheat-based wine, the prepared tartary buckwheat-based wine has improved DPPH free radical scavenging capacity and antioxidant capacity by more than 8. 1 time and 33.3 times respectively, and has very obvious antioxidant health care activity.
