QWERTY refers to QWERTY keyboard, also known as Huang Fengying keyboard and full keyboard, which is the most widely used keyboard layout at present. Invented by Christopher Larsen Jensen and patented by 1868, the first commercial typewriter with QWERTY layout was successfully put on the market in 1873. The purpose of QWERTY keyboard layout is to solve the problem that the typewriter was stuck at that time because the typing speed was too fast, and to achieve the goal of "improving the typing speed as much as possible without being stuck". This layout has been used to this day.
In order to meet the needs of different users, the conventional keyboard has three indicators (CapsLock (letter case lock), NumLock (numeric keypad lock) and ScrollLock (some wireless keyboards omit these three indicators) to mark the current state of the keyboard. These indicators are usually located in the upper right corner of the keyboard.
However, some keyboards use the built-in indicator light in the key cap, which makes it easier to judge the current state of the keyboard, but the process is relatively complicated, so most ordinary keyboards do not use this design.
