Wei's main achievements

Obtained a number of national invention patents. Published dozens of papers in academic journals at home and abroad, many of which were included by EI and SCI. In addition, a number of scientific research achievements have also won provincial and ministerial outstanding achievement awards and the first and second prizes of the May 4th Youth Science Award in Peking University. By combining biotechnology with traditional technology, Dr. Wei invented internationally advanced gas purification technologies, such as "DDS catalyst" and "DDS desulfurization technology", which had an important impact on the traditional gas purification field. At present, these technologies have been widely used in synthetic ammonia, coke oven gas, city gas, dye waste gas treatment and other industries, which have produced great economic and social benefits and contributed to the national environmental protection cause.
