How much is the stamp duty on patent certificate?

Stamp duty on patent certificate (5 yuan) is not a formal fee for patent application, but it is collected from the tax bureau by China National Intellectual Property Administration.

If the stamp duty on patent certificates is not paid, the authorization of patents will not be affected, but China National Intellectual Property Administration does not issue patent certificates.
