Honda's brand-new urban front van hatchback version effect or domestic introduction

We have previously reported that Feng Fan, a new generation city of Honda, will have a brand-new hatchback model, and the patent drawing was exposed by us. Recently, the renderings drawn according to the colors on the patent drawings have been disclosed, which clearly shows the design details of the hatchback version of the city Feng Fan.

The design of the front part of the new generation urban hatchback version is basically the same as that of the sedan version. The chrome-plated decorative strip of the front grille protrudes forward and blends with the headlights. The decorative plate of fog lamp is the same as the sedan version, but it looks abrupt without fog lamp. The side of the car body is the same as the sedan version, including the design of the back door and triangular window.

The treatment of the side parts including the back door is also consistent with the sedan version. On the one hand, it can ensure the unification of parts and save costs to the greatest extent, and on the other hand, it can make the hatchback and sedan in the new city more unified. In fact, the previous hatchback version of CITY was Fit. However, with the stability of the city and Fit, the distinction between the two is becoming more and more obvious, so it is more logical to simply derive the hatchback version from the city.

On the whole, the rear of the hatchback version of CITY is smoother, with a simple spoiler tail, and the taillight style is different from that of Jamlom. The taillight end of the hatchback version of City has become sharper, but the U-shaped light bar inside the hatchback version of the taillight remains. Judging from the similarity of the exterior interior, the interior part should also largely retain the design of the sedan version.

A new generation of city cars has been sold in the Thai market for some time. Thailand market adopts 1.0T turbocharged three-cylinder gasoline engine, with power 122 HP and torque 173 Nm, matching CVT gearbox. The hatchback version should also match the same engine in overseas markets.

However, in the domestic part, the new generation city car version has been confirmed to enter the domestic market. There may be no need for a three-cylinder engine then. One possibility is to use the power configuration of the new generation with the same fit, and the other possibility is to use the power configuration of the current model. The hatchback cities may also enter China, thus replacing the current Jing Rui model.
