AeroPress was officially released by American AEROBIE Company in 2005, and it went on the market with its advantages of easy use, high efficiency and delicious coffee, which aroused strong repercussions. This brand-new coffee making equipment was invented by Alan Adler, a mechanical engineering lecturer at Stanford University. He holds more than 40 patents in the United States and other countries.
Eloda is a simple hand-made coffee maker. Generally speaking, its structure is similar to that of a syringe. When in use, put the ground coffee and hot water into the syringe, then press the push rod, and the coffee will flow into the container through the filter paper.
It combines the soaking extraction method of French autoclave, the filter paper filtration of bubble (hand-brewed) coffee and the rapid pressurized extraction principle of Italian coffee.
