Ask long-distance runners and friends who know running shoes to help me choose a running shoe (plus 20 points to adopt)

You and I are very much alike. Let me talk about your shoes first: I don't really agree with zoom shoes, especially zoom victory+. Barefoot is too strong to protect. You can exercise your calves. You shouldn't wear it for more than half an hour, or your ankle will hurt and your leg joints will be sore. The calf is particularly easy to get tired, and the shock absorption is also general. Feet feel hard and elastic. The overall feeling is not as good as that of the Moon Department. What you said about lunar racer is good, so is advant, but not as good as lunar glide+. If it's just for running, those pairs I recommend will do.

Personally, the more expensive the better. Although zoom series are all high-end products, high-end products are not necessarily good. Zoom shoes are generally suitable for high-end players or professional runners. Anyway, I run 6-7 days a week, 10,000 meters a day. My level is only a beginner among runners, and wearing zoom running shoes is far from enough. Lunar is a popular running shoe that most runners can wear. Zoom is a non-barefoot running shoe (for example, as you said, unlimited running shoes can be used as marathon running shoes, but it is not needed at the general level, and zoom victory+ does not need it, which belongs to zoom+ barefoot and calf training).

Look at my equipment again:

1.nike air compete ap is the first choice. Advantages: good shock absorption, good elasticity of the back palm, no fatigue when running, good foot binding of the back palm, durable upper and beautiful appearance. The price is cheap, because it is a low-end running shoe with high cost performance. Recommended for junior runners. Very comfortable

Disadvantages: the outsole is not wear-resistant, and there are basically no other shortcomings. Compared with the two pairs of shoes behind, this pair of shoes is slightly heavier.

2.nike lunar glide+ running shoes suitable for most runners. Advantages: As the name implies, the moon glides and goes to the moon, and it is easy to run. The dynamic support system on the inside of the back palm greatly reduces the chance of injury on the inside of the back palm. Very elastic. The forefoot is seamlessly connected with the production process, and the comfort is excellent. It is also a lightweight shoe.

Disadvantages: the shock absorption is slightly insufficient, and the overall situation is good. The forefoot lacks elasticity.

3.nike zoom victory+ a training tool for high-end runners! Advantages: This pair of shoes can provide enough help for both fitness and professional training, various cushioning support elasticity, seamless connection technology on the inside, good lightweight and barefoot feeling, excellent calf training, good grip and wear resistance. It also has a certain effect on varus.

Disadvantages: The midsole is not durable and easily crushed, thus losing its durability. Too professional for junior runners.

The above three pairs of shoes are my personal experience, and everyone's feelings may be different, for reference only. Moreover, the above three pairs of shoes are professional training shoes, which are not suitable for ordinary wear! When I say durability, I mean that the unknown injuries caused by wearing or doing other sports are unpredictable and used for running, so durability is only judged by running!

Let me introduce some other brands of running shoes to you:

I can't remember the specific model of Asics. It's probably a model above gel- 1000. It belongs to mid-range running shoes, gel with split front and back palms, and speva with support system inside the back palm (I don't remember the name, Asics fans must know it, classic technology). The outsole adopts Asics patented wear-resistant material. There seems to be a multi-density insole. The price is more than 500 RMB. Advantages: good cushioning protection, breathable upper and easy bending. The sole is wear-resistant. Disadvantages: the midsole is too hard, and there is no extension support system in the back palm. Poor stability and poor grip.

Except nike, I only wear running shoes such as Asics and New Balance, so I won't comment here.

I am very similar to you, except that I run every day, and the distance is 10 thousand meters. You will be all right in a few months.

Finally, come on! Wish you success!
