This machine consists of two parts: the main engine and the control mechanism, which are connected into a whole by the main pipeline and the electrical device. The main engine comprises a machine body, a main oil cylinder, an ejection oil cylinder and a liquid allowing system. The structure and function of each part are described as follows.

The machine body consists of upper beam, slider, workbench, upright post, locking nut and adjusting nut. The upper beam and the workbench are connected with the lock nut through four columns to form a rigid truss, and the slider is guided by the four columns to move up and down. By adjusting the four adjusting nuts, the non-parallelism between the lower plane of the slider and the table top and the non-verticality in the stroke can be adjusted.
There are T-shaped grooves on the lower plane of the slider and the upper plane of the workbench, which can be matched with M24 bolts and used for the installer's mold.
There is a round hole in the center of the workbench, and the ejector cylinder is pressed on the steps in the round hole by the press sleeve, and the main cylinder is installed in the central hole of the upper beam. The master cylinder is fastened to the cross beam through the step at the cylinder mouth end and the big nut. The big hole in the center of the slider is used to hold the main piston rod, which is connected with the main piston rod through bolts and threaded flanges. The guide sleeve is installed in the four column holes of the slider, which is convenient for replacement after wear. Press-mounted oil filling cup is installed on the outside to lubricate the guide post sleeve motion pair, and the dust-proof ring is installed at the orifice end to prevent dust from entering the motion pair and keep the motion clean.
On the lock nut and the adjusting nut, there are copper pads for tightening the screws. After the machine is adjusted, tighten the screw to prevent the nut from loosening.
(2) Main oil cylinder
The master cylinder is a double-acting piston cylinder, and the bottom of the cylinder is an integral structure with a back cover. A piston head is installed in the cylinder body, and the outer ring of the piston head is equipped with two upward holes and one downward hole, which are sealed with the cylinder wall by Yx-shaped sealing ring. The seal between the inner ring of the piston head and the piston rod is realized by two O-ring seals, so that two oil chambers are formed in the cylinder.
The cylinder port is equipped with a guide sleeve to ensure good guiding performance when the piston moves. A Yx-shaped shaft sealing ring is installed in the inner hole of the guide sleeve, and two O-shaped sealing rings are installed on the outer circle of the guide sleeve to ensure the sealing performance of the cylinder port. The end of the cylinder mouth is connected with a detachable snap ring, and the end is equipped with a dustproof ring to prevent dirt from entering the cylinder and keep the oil clean.
The bottom of the master cylinder is equipped with a liquid filling valve, which is connected with threads and sealed with an O-ring. The upper end face of the cylinder body is equipped with a liquid-filled cylinder, which is fastened with bolts and sealed with an oil-resistant rubber ring.
(3) Eject the oil cylinder
The ejector cylinder has the same form and working principle as the main cylinder. The bottom of the cylinder adopts a clamping key structure, which is detachable.
On the outer ring of the piston head, there are only two Yx-shaped sealing rings with opposite directions.
There is a M36 standard threaded hole on the end face of the extended end of the piston rod, which is used to install the ejector pin.
On the upper end face of the cylinder block, there are 2-M 12 standard screw holes for lifting and ejecting the cylinder.
(4) Liquid filling system
The liquid filling system consists of a liquid filling valve and a liquid filling cylinder.
When the slider moves down quickly, the main valve of the charging valve is sucked open due to the negative pressure in the upper cavity of the master cylinder, so that a large amount of oil in the charging cylinder flows into the upper cavity of the master cylinder, and the slider moves down smoothly and quickly. During pressure relief, the control oil first enters the control valve, so that the control piston overcomes the spring force and pushes the unloading valve core downward, so that the high-pressure oil in the upper cavity of the main cylinder communicates with the liquid filling cylinder through the unloading valve core, thus achieving the purpose of pressure relief.
There is a long oil mark on the upper part of the liquid filling cylinder to observe the oil level. The overflow pipe of the liquid-filled cylinder divides the volume of the liquid-filled cylinder into two parts: the oil in the lower part is used for the quick downward movement of the slider, and the volume in the upper part is used for containing the oil discharged from the upper cavity of the main cylinder when the slider returns. A gate valve is installed at the lower side of the liquid filling cylinder for regular oil change. The filling valve is closely connected with the bottom of the oil cylinder through the thread on the valve seat and sealed with an O-ring. The liquid-filled cylinder is connected with the upper end face of the main cylinder through the middle plane, fastened with bolts and sealed with oil-resistant rubber gasket. A vent hole is arranged on the cylinder cover, and a hook is arranged in the liquid filling cylinder.

( 1)? 30 # hydraulic oil is recommended as working fluid. (2) Oil should be strictly filtered before it is allowed to join the oil tank. The amount of oil in the fuel tank should not be lower than the oil mark, and the oil filling cylinder should also be added to the oil mark position.
(3)? The working oil should be replaced once every six months, and the first replacement time should not exceed two months. (The new brand oil is N32 and N46 common hydraulic oil, and it can also be replaced by N32 and N46 mechanical oil.
(4) The exposed parts of columns and plungers should be sprayed with oil frequently, once before each work.
(5) Under the nominal force, the maximum allowable eccentricity of concentrated load is 50 mm ... Excessive eccentricity is easy to cause column strain or other undesirable phenomena.
(6) Check and calibrate the pressure gauge once every six months.
(7) When the machine is shut down for a long time, all processed surfaces should be scrubbed clean and coated with antirust oil.

(7) When the slider is in the descending position, if the slider stops descending, the upper cavity starts to pressurize again, and stop immediately! Check whether the fluid control check valve and valve plate safety valve of the lower cylinder of the master cylinder are flexible and reliable.
