On February 29th, 2065438+0010, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanxi Province held a meeting and officially announced that Tianji Coal Chemical Industry Group was under the name of Lu 'an Group and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lu 'an Group.
