Question 10: How to check the computer software copyright registration certificates of the National Copyright Administration of People's Republic of China (PRC) and China on "China software copyright registration network banquan/do/search.php"?
According to Article 6 of the Measures for the Registration of Computer Software Copyright, the National Copyright Administration recognized China Copyright Protection Center as the software registration agency. With the approval of the National Copyright Administration, China Copyright Protection Center may set up local software registration offices.
Article 10 Inquirers of software registration files shall inquire in the following ways:

Article 12 An inquiry object shall comply with the following provisions:
