There are three methods of review submission:
1. Mailing method The requester can submit the review request document by mail. The mailing address is: West Tucheng, Jimen Bridge, Haidian District, Beijing No. 6, Patent Office Reexamination and Invalidation Trial Department, State Intellectual Property Office, Postal Code 100088.
2. The applicant for personal submission can submit reexamination request documents to the Patent Office Acceptance Hall. The Patent Office Reexamination and Invalidation Trial Department has a reexamination invalidation business window in the Patent Office Acceptance Hall of the State Intellectual Property Office. The address is Beijing Acceptance Hall of the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office, No. 6, Tucheng Road, Jimenqiao West, Haidian District.
3. Electronic submission requesters can log in to the China Patent Electronic Application System and use the reexamination invalidation electronic request module to submit reexamination request documents.
