2. Recruitment Targets

4. Remuneration and benefits
The employed personnel shall be staff members of public institutions. 7. Physical examination and inspection
(1) Physical examination
The physical examination standards refer to the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)" and "About "Notice on Adjusting the Physical Examination Standards for Public Recruitment of Teachers in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province" and other regulations shall be implemented.

(2) Inspection

8. Employment
1. Complete relevant procedures.
If there is no objection after public announcement, the employment will be approved according to the prescribed procedures and authority, and the employment contract will be signed.
Prospective candidates must complete all procedures as required within 30 working days from receipt of the employment notice. Those who fail to complete the procedures within the time limit will be treated as a waiver; those who give up the employment due to personal reasons must submit a waiver. Employment statement (the statement contains my signature and fingerprint); the vacant places will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the professional examination. In principle, the candidates must apply within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the notification. All formalities are taken care of.
2. Sign an employment contract.
The employment school will sign an employment contract with the candidate. If there are multiple different units for the same position, the candidate will have priority in choosing the employment school based on the interview results and in order of ranking.
3. Recruitment personnel must have served at the applying school in Zhenjiang District for no less than 5 years, and shall not be exchanged, borrowed or transferred within 5 years.
Those who resign due to personal reasons before the service period has expired will not be allowed to participate in the open recruitment of public institutions in our district within 3 years from the date of resignation.
4. A probationary period system is implemented for newly hired personnel, and the probationary period is half a year.
Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be officially employed; those who fail to pass the assessment will be terminated and go through the de-employment procedures.
After the probation period expires and becomes a regular teacher, the professional title review (or recognition) will be conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the reform of the professional title system for primary and secondary school teachers in Guangdong Province.
9. Other matters
(1) All candidates participating in the interview (professional examination) must bring the original valid second-generation ID card (temporary ID card) and the admission ticket during the interview , and attend the interview strictly in accordance with the prescribed time. Failure to show up after the deadline or not bringing all the original certificates (electronic copies are not allowed) will be deemed to have given up the examination qualification.
