First, the content introduction
The GCG dry electromagnetic induction drum high-intensity magnetic separator developed by Beijing Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy has a remarkable purification effect on nonmetallic minerals, with the magnetic induction intensity as high as 2.2 T, and can separate various minerals with specific magnetization coefficients ranging from 1.9× 10-7 to 7.5× 10-6m3/kg, such as quartz sand, seashore sand and kyanite. This machine is a dry strong magnetic separation equipment, which is used to separate coarse-grained and weakly magnetic minerals. Adopt electromagnetic excitation, natural air cooling, wide magnetic field adjustment range, stable performance, energy saving and environmental protection.
There are three types of GCG dry electromagnetic induction roller high intensity magnetic separator: single roller, vertical double roller and parallel double roller. A single roller can only complete the sorting process once, and a vertical double roller can complete the sorting twice continuously on one device, which is equivalent to two single rollers connected in series, and a horizontal double roller is equivalent to two single rollers connected in parallel, which is mainly used to improve the processing capacity.
Second, popularization and application
The production practice shows that the content of Fe2O3 can be reduced from (20 ~ 40 )× 10-6 to below 4× 10-6 by GCG dry electromagnetic induction roller high intensity magnetic separator once, and ultra-pure quartz sand with Fe2O3 content of 2× 10-6 can be obtained after twice separation. When used in the separation of cassiterite ore, the content of Fe2O3 can be reduced to below 65438 0.5%. At present, this kind of magnetic separator has been widely used, with dozens in Donghai area of Jiangsu Province alone.
Three. Identification, awards and patents
Start and end time: 1992 ~ 1996.
