There is a difference between misfiring concrete and antistatic concrete.

No ignition is divided into friction no ignition and electrostatic no ignition. Therefore, non-combustible concrete also needs anti-static function. Non-igniting concrete means that the test block is rubbed in a dark room at a pressure of 20 N and a speed of 600- 1000 rpm, and no sparks are generated on the surface. There are two testing standards for antistatic concrete, namely surface resistance (point-to-point resistance) and volume resistance (grounding resistance). The resistance value is between1.0 *104-1.0 *109 to be qualified. Non-combustible concrete covered with stone also has anti-static function. Many anti-static nonflammable floors in the market are realized by adding conductive powder such as graphite and carbon black. However, because the components of conductive powder are mostly graphite and carbon black, this kind of additive is light in proportion and easy to float into the air, and it is clearly not allowed to be added to the ground in the national standard. Moreover, this kind of conductive powder is not stable enough because of uneven mixing, and it will weaken the electrostatic value due to precipitation in the later use process, resulting in unqualified grounding and danger.
