Jiang Ying's introduction

Jiang Ying, female, born in August of 1940, was born in Ye County, Shandong Province (now Laizhou, Shandong Province) and graduated from department of engineering physics on 1966. He has been engaged in patent and intellectual property work for a long time, and has served as deputy director, deputy director, director and party secretary of China Patent Office and China National Intellectual Property Administration. At present, he is a member and researcher of the 9th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, chairman of China Intellectual Property Society, adjunct professor of China Renmin University and adjunct professor of China Intellectual Property Training Center.
