What kinds of liquor are brewed by different techniques?

Wine, I believe everyone is familiar with this at all, because we have drunk wine more or less in our lives. There are many kinds of wine. Fen-flavor: Fen-flavor technology is the inheritance and development of traditional liquor technology in China, which has important practical significance for promoting the progress of traditional liquor-making technology in China. Mr. Shen, a master of China Liquor, spoke highly of Jiugui Liquor and its flavor technology: "Although there are many flavor types now, in the final analysis, it is mainly strong, clear and sauce flavor. Jiugui Liquor combines these three flavor types to create a flavor type, which is an innovation."

Maotai-flavor liquor: The so-called Maotai-flavor is a kind of Maotai-flavor when starch is fermented repeatedly. Luzhou-flavor liquor: such as Luzhou Tequ liquor and Wuliangye liquor are the representatives of this kind. Their main characteristics are: strong cellar fragrance, sweet with sweet, harmonious flavor, clean and long tail. It takes ethyl caproate as the main fragrance. Very popular with consumers, this fragrant liquor is more in the market. Guiyang Daqu, Xishui Daqu and Yaxijiao Liquor all belong to Luzhou-flavor liquor. This kind of wine is also found in Sangou River in Jiangsu Province.

Fen-flavor liquor: This fragrant liquor is made by mixing ethyl acetate and ethyl lactate. Its main characteristics are: fragrance, mellow, harmonious, sweet and soft, refreshing aftertaste, sweet and refreshing, with the traditional style of tempting. Shanxi Xinghua Village Fenjiu and Henan Baofeng Liquor are the representatives of this flavor. Others, such as the specially brewed Yellow Crane Tower wine, are also Luzhou-flavor liquor.

Rice-flavor liquor: such as Guilin Sanhua Liquor, Yubing Manor, Xijiang Distillery, Quanzhou Xiangshan Liquor and Guangdong Changle Shao. Belonging to this kind of liquor, it is famous for its clearness, sweetness, coolness and purity. Its main feature is that honey tastes elegant. Soft entrance, cool taste and pleasant aftertaste. Smell it, it's a bit like the honey fragrance composed of yellow rice wine and ethyl lactate.

Other-flavor liquor: liquor that does not belong to the above four flavor types and has not been given the name of flavor type is temporarily listed as other-flavor liquor. For example, Dongjiu (medicinal flavor), Jingzhi (sesame flavor), Pingba cellar wine, Uni-president wine, Zhuchang cellar wine, Bai Yunbian, Baisha wine and many other good wines all belong to other flavor types, and all have their own special flavors and styles.

Fengxiang-flavor liquor: For example, xifeng liquor in Fengxiang, Shaanxi Province, mainly consists of ethyl acetate, supplemented by ethyl caproate with certain aroma.

Medicinal flavor type: represented by Guizhou Dongjiu.
