1990 participated in the international mural protection and restoration training course organized by UNESCO, which was the first training course on cultural relics protection jointly organized by China and Italy. In the training course, I learned the international advanced concepts and research ideas of mural and painting protection, and benefited a lot. Participated in the project "Research on New Technologies for Bronze Protection" as the main finisher, and won the second prize of 1996 National Cultural Heritage Administration Science and Technology Progress Award and the third prize of 1998 National Science and Technology Progress Award. As the main finisher, he also participated in the provincial natural science foundation project "Study on AMT film formation mechanism on bronze surface" and the National Cultural Heritage Administration project "Strengthening study on brittle bronze" and "Study on removal of ancient cuprous chloride". The research on the sub-topic of the tenth five-year key project of the Ministry of Science and Technology "Prevention and treatment of diseases of metal cultural relics" and the research on the improvement of traditional pasting by nano-particles by Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics both passed the acceptance test successfully. There are two national invention patents. Presided over the protection of large-scale paintings of 800 square meters in the first and second phases of Confucius Temple in Hangzhou, participated in the protection of cliff carvings in Nanshan, Yuhang, Hangzhou, and served as technical director. He has written and published more than 10 scientific papers.
In recent years, we have worked closely with the School of Materials of Nanjing University of Technology to guide several undergraduates to complete their graduation projects related to cultural relics protection and scientific research every year, so as to cultivate reserve forces for the cultural and cultural undertakings. Through years of practice in cultural relics protection, I have accumulated rich practical work experience and formed my own research ideas on cultural relics protection.
